Our partnership began when our partners, Arlene and Harvey Feldmeier, met as students at Columbia University and married several years later. They supported each other while attending law school at night, and raising their family in The Bronx.

Harvey Feldmeier
PARTNER
Harvey Feldmeier was a Social Security Disability Judge for 17 years. Previously, he served as an Assistant New York State Attorney General, and held positions with New York State Department of Labor and the New York State Department of Social Services. He is also a retired Lieutenant Colonel with the U.S. Army Reserve unit in The Bronx. He is a graduate of Columbia University and Fordham University School of Law.
Arlene Feldmeier
PARTNER
Arlene Garbett Feldmeier spent 23 years as a Social Security Senior Attorney. She knows the disability system from top to bottom, from the local office, to national headquarters, to the U.S. District Court. Before joining Social Security, she had a 15-year career in New York journalism. She is a Bronx Small Claims Court Arbitrator, and holds a Bronx Borough President’s appointment to Bronx Community Board 8, where she chairs the Public Safety Committee. She is a graduate of Long Island University, Columbia University and Pace University School of Law.
